Applications
Suitable for removing aldehydes from PU foaming materials such as common large soft foam, high-resilience soft foam, semi-rigid foam, and rigid foam. Especially applicable to application fields with high aldehyde index requirements for PU materials, such as automotive interiors, furniture, rail transit, and aviation.
Usage Instructions
• Dilute the product with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:8 (AS-S100: water) according to the aldehyde content of the target product.
• After dilution, spray it on the surface of the foamed PU material with a spray gun, ensuring good atomization and uniform spraying. The recommended spraying amount is 50-100 g/m².
• Allow the sprayed product to air dry naturally before storage or proceeding to the next process.
Toxicity and First Aid
Non-flammable and non-explosive. Low toxicity. Wear protective gloves when using. In case of ingestion: Rinse mouth, drink plenty of warm water, induce vomiting, and seek medical advice if discomfort occurs. In case of clothing contamination: Remove all contaminated clothes immediately, wash the skin with running water or take a shower, and reuse the clothes after cleaning. In case of contact with eyes: Carefully rinse with normal saline or clean water for several minutes, then seek medical attention.
Storage and Shelf Life
Store in a cool, dry place at 10-40°C. Check carefully for crystallization before use. If crystallization occurs, heat it in a 30-50°C warming room or water bath to dissolve it, which does not affect the use effect. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.
The shelf life is 6 months when unopened. Use up as soon as possible after opening.
