Applications
Suitable for aldehyde removal in PU foaming materials such as two-component polyurethane common large soft foam, high-resilience soft foam, semi-rigid foam, and rigid foam. It features high aldehyde removal efficiency, no change to the physical properties of the original formula, and simple and flexible operation. Especially applicable to application fields with high aldehyde index requirements for PU materials, such as automotive interiors, furniture, rail transit, and aviation.
Usage Instructions
Add to the polyether system as an additive at a certain ratio. This product is a super-concentrated liquid that may crystallize at low temperatures. Store at 10-40°C. If crystallization occurs before use, heat it in a 30-50°C warming room or water bath to dissolve it, which does not affect the use effect.
Toxicity and First Aid
This product has low toxicity, but it is recommended to wear protective gloves and clothing during operation. Thoroughly wash hands after operation. In case of ingestion: Rinse mouth, drink plenty of warm water, induce vomiting, and seek medical advice if discomfort occurs. In case of clothing contamination: Remove all contaminated clothes immediately, wash the skin with running water or take a shower, and reuse the clothes after cleaning. In case of contact with eyes: Carefully rinse with normal saline or clean water for several minutes, then seek medical attention.
