Coagulation is the core part of water treatment processes, primarily used to remove suspended particles and algae from raw water. Its efficiency directly impacts subsequent treatment stages.
 
The intelligent coagulation dosing system is based on the water plant's process model. It uses big data analysis to form an expert algorithm model—the Comprehensive Coagulation Analysis Method. It predicts water purification effects by analyzing multiple raw water quality parameters (turbidity, pH, COD, temperature, flow, etc.), and calculates the optimal dosing amount based on sedimentation basin design parameters.
 
The system then compares the actual dosing effect with the set value to perform secondary correction on the dosage. It adapts automatically to minimize consumption while maintaining water quality, even when raw water quality fluctuates significantly.
